Jagoan dismissed the flattery, “We’re all adults here, no need for that.”

With that, Jagoan retrieved his phone from his shirt pocket and casually mentioned, “By the way, I forgot to mention, from the moment I entered, this phone has been recording our conversation.”

Steve’s face was filled with a mix of fear and panic as he pleaded, “Mr. Jagoan, why would you do this? Don’t you trust me anymore?”
