Chapter 21

Roxanne POV

I was so excited today was the day I've been waiting for.

It's been a crazy week but I can't complain.

I recently found out I was pregnant and now I'm becoming Luna.

Eventful wouldn't even begin to explain how this week was.

I was getting ready for the ceremony that wasn't due to start until an hour from now.

I was just wearing a formal black dress that reached my knee.

I didn't want to wear anything too short of course.

My hair was curled and my makeup was done.

Nothing could ruin it unless you know the baby decided it wanted to wake up.

I was so happy I smiled rubbing my stomach gently.

I felt someone come from behind pulling me against their body.

I glanced up from my stomach and at my mirror.

I smiled at Aiden's reflection as he smiled down at me.

"You look beautiful" He said and my smile grew.

I turned to face him "You look quite handsome yourself" I said, hugging him and inhaling his scent.

"You know we still have like an hour left" He said and I nodded.

"What you wanna do till then" He asked and I shrugged.

"Surely not make more babies," I said and he laughed.

"I love babies" He said and I raised an eyebrow at him.

"I'm just kidding one's enough for now" He said, rubbing my stomach and I nodded.

"Do you think we'll be good parents like mine" I asked and he shook his head.

"I think we'll be better," He said and I smiled.

"You would make a pretty good dad" I said.

"You'll make a good mom, you'll probably be the chill parent" He said and I nodded.

There was a knock at the door and I sighed going to open it.

I opened it revealing my sister and smirked.

"Finally you learned how to knock" I said clapping amusingly.

She rolled her eyes "I came to see if you were dressed" She said.

"Do I look good" I asked and she shook her head.

"I've seen you look better" She said and I playfully punched her arm.

She laughed "I'm playing with you sis you look beautiful" She said and I hugged her.

I loved the sisterly moments we had sometimes.

She pulled away and glanced behind me at Aiden "My my you sure dressed up nice" She said.

"Thank you Rachel you look pretty" He said smiling politely.

I turned to glare at him and he held his hands up in surrender "Hey I was just returning the compliment"

He said.

Brayden decided to join us and we all talked until we had to go downstairs.

I took a deep breath once I reached the party room.

Everyone was seated at the tables and my grandfather was on the stage.

He was like I don't even know he was old.

I mean werewolves could live long just like vamps and let me tell you my grandpa has definitely did

that.

We sat down with everyone talking until we were called to the stage.

Once we reached the stage I glanced at Aiden and he didn't even look nervous.

He smiled at me reassuringly and I smiled taking a deep breath.

While my grandfather was talking I zoned out a bit.

"Do you Aiden Pierce wish to take the full responsibility and troubles of the pack and become their new

Alpha" My grandfather asked.

He glanced at me before smiling "I do" He said.

You know what it sounds more like we're marrying the pack.

"Do you Roxanne Matthews wish to take the full responsibility and troubles of the pack and become

their new Luna" He asked.

I smiled "I do" He said and my grandfather smiled at me.

"Well I now announce you two as the new Alpha and Luna" He yelled into the crowd.

Everyone cheered and I smiled waving at my family.

I ran hugging Aiden once I reached him.

I rubbed my stomach and smiled into the crowd.

This was my new life and I loved it. I was with my mate having his child and ruling the pack.

Aiden POV

I really couldn't believe this I was now Alpha.

As soon as Roxy agreed to being Luna everyone cheered.

She ran up to me hugging me and I smiled down at her.

Who would have known my life would end up like this.

I was now Alpha with an amazing mate.

We were going to have a child together and I couldn't wait.

I looked at her smiling. Hmm I guess I was wrong I did end up getting the Alpha's Daughter.
