Chapter 359 In Faul Mood

Soon, Nova was tenderly lifted into the car, weirdly tenderly but Nova didn't think it strange since she just took it as Henry’s pretense in public.

Then, Henry's conjecture was confirmed.

Looking back on it now, Henry realized that there was no earthly reason for Nova to stage the incident risking her own life.

What's more, in his mind, Nova was the last one who would put herself at risk in view of her calculating nature.

Who, then, is the murderer? And, why Nova didn't answer the question truthfully?

Doubts grew in Henry's heart, and so was a ray of anger.

However, Nova's thinking didn't go that far. She just simply thought that there was no need to get Henry involved for he had nothing to do with her now. In a word, what was the point of telling him if she was totally capable of handling it?

She hated most to get entangled with him.

Conscious of Nova's intentional evasion, Henry gave an angry snort and left the scene.
