While Donna looking for Paul's mother, suddenly a familiar face appeared in her vision.

That was John Shepherd.

After just a year later, he looked so mature, which surprised her.

There was unspeakable sadness in his gentle eyes, which made her feel distressed.

As if he could feel her gaze, John also looked over there.

Donna trembled in her heart, grabbed Paul's arm, and said eagerly, "I don't feel well in my stomach.I'm going to the bathroom."

Before Paul replied, she left in a hurry.

As she hadn't expected to meet John so soon, she didn't know how to face him.

So she ran away subconsciously.

In the bathroom, looking at her panicked face in the mirror, Donna put her right hand on her heart and took a deep breath, "Calm down, calm down!"

After a long time, Donna saw Paul waiting outside with a lady of great temperament, and didn't see John around.

So, she took a long sigh of relief, walked out quickly, apologized in blush, "I'm sorry, Mom.I kept you waiting.’

His mother was very kind and her voice was very gentle, which eased Donna's tension.

As they spoke, Donna became more and more natural.

At the airport, John came out of a convenience store with a glass of water and saw a familiar figure flashing past him.

That girl looked back at him in surprise.

John let go of his hand and said awkwardly, "I'm sorry.I got to the wrong person."

A year later, he finally returned.

"Donnie, I'm back, where are you?"

A year ago, when he had just arrived abroad, he received a text message from Donnie, which said she was going to break up with him.

He then called her, but she had already blacklisted him.

John blinked, "The YOMA Group created by Paul Martin?"

Paul drove and his mother held Donna's hand in the back seat and chatted with her.

Donna nodded quickly and assured Paul, "I will take good care of Mom.’

Paul smiled and said, "Okay, I'll be back tonight.’

After he left, Linda placed two cups of coffee in front of them.

Donna asked concernedly, "You just got off the plane, are you tired? Do you want to go to sleep?"
