Chapter 34: XXXIV Mat Adam did what?

A white SUV was being driven by this middle aged woman accompanied by a young man in his late
teens. They were trailing the road which is just opposite to the shoreline of the beach. They were
heading for the Good Eve's Mansion.
"Mat Adam did what?" the woman asked.
"Mat Adam rescued all the captured carriers..." the young man said. "OK, not everyone, I was able to
rescue one from the black pillar, and one from being converted into a demon pawn."
"OK, you already told me that twice, what I want to confirm is the last part of your whole story." The
lady asked again.
"Mat Adam defeated a Demonlord." The young man answered.
"This is as far as I could remember because I was removed from the scene when I covered myself to
protect Mat Adam, after that blast of energy hit me, Mat Adam was able to return me back to the
human realm, just in time before I totally lost my existence." The young man continues to explain.
"Back in the human realm, I was already in the Fang Temple before I astral travelled to the Crescent
Island. There, I quickly went to the unconscious bodies of Sieg and Jimmy Fang and tried to access
their sight on the astral world."
"Were you able to see what was happening in the astral world thru them?" the lady asked.
"The truth is, I haven't mastered that technique yet, but I was able to do quick views on what was
happening back there." The young man explained.
"Mat was already down when I first took a glimpse back to the Crescent Island."
"The next thing I saw was... he was revived... he was revitalized...."
"His seal was bursting with energy..."
"The duel between Mat Adam and Casus'Lucem continues."
They were almost of equal strength at that moment, but Mat needed to exceed that to win.
Huge golden chains made of light burst up from the ground and bind the Demonlord.
Mat executed the Demonlord using the Golden Flame Blade, and just before the Casus'Lucem
regenerates back, Mat finishes it using the Blessing of Serenity.
The whole Crescent Island was space cleared in the process, removing all forms of evil.
The angel Kei'Sei who was revealed as the fourth Archangel was redeemed and can now return to
heaven.
"So how's Mat now, have he returned to his body already?" the lady asked.
"I believe so, but sir John said that he hasn't awakened yet."
"How about Summer?"
"Summer woke up already."
In between their conversation, a young girl from the backseat yawned and made a big stretch.
"Mom are we there yet?"
"Almost there Willow, a few more blocks and we are there."
"Hey Navi'Sai" Willow said.
"Morning sleeping beauty..."

"Mom, I think you just missed your turn, the Good Eve's Mansion is over there." Willow said while
extending her right arm pointing to the road they were supposed to be at.
"Yep, I know dear, but we are going to the hospital first, you're Uncle John and your cousin Summer is
still there, they are still waiting for Mat Adam to wake up." Lily answered
"He hasn't returned to his body yet?" Willow asked.
"He might have returned already, but I think both his body and soul needs an extended time to rest."
Navi'Sai said.
Lily, Willow and Navi'Sai arrived at the hospital which is just half kilometer away from the Good Eve's
Mansion.

"Room 24A, here it is..." Navi'Sai said.
They entered the room and were greeted by John Eve.
Summer Eve kissed her aunt Lily and hug her cousin Willow.
The Fang brothers, Sieg and Jimmy was there too.
"So how's Mat doing?" Lily asked John.
"The doctor said that he would be fine, he got some bruises on his arms and legs, and it must have
been caused by the explosion back at the hotel." John explained.
Lily looked around and seems to be looking for someone. "Is Rigs here?"
Just in time, Rigs entered the room carrying some food and beverages.
"Master Navi'Sai, Miss Lily, and Willow, you're all here now!" Rigs said. novelbin
"Hey everyone, I think I saw Mat blinked." Summer said, alerting everyone in the room.
Mat twitched a finger and finally made several more blinks before returning to full consciousness.
Everyone surrounded near Mat's bed, everyone was happy, it was the only time that they can fully
celebrate their victory.

Late that night, a celebration party was held at the Good Eve's Mansion. Everyone was there.
Everyone was busy telling their own story version of the events at the Crescent Island.
"Is it really over, are the kids safe now?" John discreetly asked Lily.
"At the moment, Yes they are." Lily whispered.
"What do you mean – at the moment?" John asked.
"There is something with Jimmy Fang that is bothering me." Lily explained.
"And besides, there are still arch-demons who were summoned here at the human realm, three to be
exact. We must prepare everyone as soon as possible for a hunt, or otherwise, we are the one who will
be hunted." Lily worriedly said.
John took Lily's hand and pressed it lightly.
John gave her this very confusing look, is it about what she just said or is this something else that John
wants to tell her.
Lily took a light grip on John's hand and leaned forward moving her face near to John's.
Lily gave a deep sigh, "I can feel you John, I know that look, it was the same look you gave me before I
first said goodbye to you. Crazy right, as if destiny was playing games with us. But we got other far
more important things to do John. We have to do this together with the kids, we have to help Navi'Sai."
"Of course Lily, we got this, we'll always have each other's back." John said.
